# Let people book time with you

> A booking page that knows your real availability and puts whoever books into the right campaign.

A reply saying "sure, send me some times" is where deals go to die. A booking
page removes the exchange entirely — and, unlike a standalone scheduling tool,
the person who books lands in your CRM rather than only in your calendar.

## Create a booking page

**Settings** → **Booking Pages**.

Set the meeting length, the hours you are available, and how much notice you
need. Availability comes from the calendars you connected in part 2, so a slot
is only offered if you are genuinely free — across every connected calendar, not
just the default one.

<Note>
  If you have more than one calendar, connect all of them. Availability is only
  as honest as what Leadey can see, and a booking page that double-books you is
  worse than none.
</Note>

## Ask the questions you need

A booking page is an intake form as well as a scheduler. Add the questions worth
asking before the call — company size, what they are trying to solve, how they
heard about you — and map each answer to a field on the lead.

Keep it short. Every extra question loses bookings.

## Put bookers into a campaign

Choose which campaigns someone joins when they book. That is what makes the
booking page part of your pipeline rather than a calendar link:

* Someone who books gets your pre-meeting sequence
* They stop receiving the cold sequence that got them there
* A no-show can trigger follow-up automatically

## Who the booker is

If they are already in your database, the meeting attaches to them and you see
their whole history before the call. If they are new, a lead is created from
what they entered.

## Share or embed it

Share the link directly — in email signatures, in campaign templates, on
LinkedIn — or embed the page in your own site so people book without leaving it.

## After the meeting

Mark it attended or a no-show. That feeds your reporting honestly: a booking
rate that counts no-shows is a vanity number.

Meetings you have with people in your database are pinned to their lead profile
automatically, whether they came through a booking page or not.
