What costs what
Exact prices are on Settings → Credits, alongside your balance. They are
listed there rather than here so they cannot go out of date in the docs.
You are charged for details that come back, not lookups you attempt. A person
whose mobile cannot be found does not cost you their mobile.
Enrich a selection
On Search, or on the Leads page:- Tick the people you want
- Open the enrich action in the bar at the bottom
- Choose email, mobile, or both
- Confirm
Anyone who already has the field is skipped automatically. Re-running enrich
on a list you have enriched before costs you only the gaps.
Enrich one field on one person
On a lead’s profile, reveal just their email or just their mobile. Use this when you are working a single account and do not want to spend on a batch.Enrich as you go
You do not have to enrich everything up front. A common pattern is to enrich emails for the whole list, run email outreach, and only buy mobile numbers for the people who engage. That is a fraction of the cost of buying every mobile on day one.Find more people at a company
On a lead’s profile, Leadey can look for their colleagues — useful when you have one contact at an account and need the person who actually signs. Discovered people arrive as leads at the same company, and they arrive dormant: nothing is sent to them until you decide to.What you should have now
A list of people with real email addresses, and mobile numbers where you need them.Part 6 — Build your first campaign
Audiences, filters, and the dynamic-versus-static choice.
