Screen for Do Not Call first
If you are calling UK numbers, screen the list before you dial. Open a campaign and run TPS Screen. Numbers registered with TPS or CTPS are flagged and excluded from dialling. Calling a registered number is a compliance problem, not an etiquette one.Screen again after adding new leads. A screen covers the list as it was when
you ran it.
Start a session
Open a campaign and choose Start Power Dialer. Leadey builds a queue from that campaign and calls through it. Between calls you see the next person’s profile — their company, their history with you, why they are in this campaign — so you are never reading a name cold as they answer. While you are on a call
The controls sit in the header:- Mute
- Hold
- Tone pad for phone menus
- Hang up
Log the outcome
When the call ends, pick a disposition — connected, voicemail, gatekeeper, wrong number, not interested. The queue holds until you choose, so nothing goes unlogged. Dispositions can move the lead’s status automatically, so “not interested” updates the record and takes them out of active sequences without you doing it by hand.Recordings and transcripts
Calls are recorded where you have enabled it, and transcribed automatically. Both attach to the lead, and the transcript is searchable — so “who mentioned their renewal date” is a question you can actually answer. You can review them under Analytics.Keep your numbers healthy
Carriers flag numbers that behave like spam. Leadey watches how yours are being treated and parks one that starts getting flagged before it drags the rest down. Local Presence — calling from a number in the same area code — measurably improves answer rates. What you should have now
A screened call list, a dialling session that logs itself, and recordings attached to the right people.Part 9 — Work the Inbox
Replies across every channel, in one place.
