Outreach is easy to start and easy to drop. The Inbox is where the work actually pays off — every reply, from every channel, against the person who sent it and everything you already know about them.

What lands here

  • Email replies from your connected mailboxes
  • SMS and WhatsApp
  • LinkedIn messages
  • Missed calls and voicemails
Each one is attached to its lead, so you open a reply and see their whole history — not a message from an address you have to go and look up.

Scope it to you or the team

Use the user selector at the top to switch between your own conversations and the whole team’s. A manager reviewing what came in overnight and a rep working their own replies want different views of the same inbox.

What a reply does automatically

When someone replies, Leadey:
  • Marks the lead as replied
  • Stops any workflow they are in, so nothing chases someone who has already answered
  • Surfaces them on your Cockpit as needing a response
That second one matters most. The fastest way to lose a warm reply is to send them the next scheduled email the following morning.

Handle opt-outs

A reply asking to stop, an unsubscribe click, or a hard bounce adds the person to the workspace suppression list. Every send checks it. You do not have to remember, and a colleague on another campaign cannot email them by mistake.

Turn a reply into next steps

From the conversation you can book a meeting, create an opportunity, set a task, or change their status — without leaving the thread.

What you should have now

A single place where replies arrive, with sequences stopping on their own when someone answers.

Part 10 — Track opportunities and measure

Pipeline, forecasting, and what to look at each week.
